Mashrooi is a smart application designed for the real estate developers and its investors by providing accurate information about the master developer, sub developer, projects and escrow account information from DLD robust property management system. Also, the application classifies the developers by its location, developer name, developer number and project types.
The system displays updated images for the projects and details of the technical inspection of the projects and the gradual progress for the actual level of accomplishment for these projects.
تطبيق مشروعي عبارة عن بوابة الكترونية تعمل على الأجهزة الذكية بحيث تعمل على تقديم معلومات عن المطورين المرخصين والمعتمدين من قبل دائرة الأراضي والأملاك. بالإضافة الى تقديم معلومات عن المشاريع القائمة بدبي مصنفة حسب معلومات المطور الرئيسي والمطور الفرعي ومكان ونوع المشروع ونسبة الإنجاز للمشروع ومعلومات حساب الضمان التابع للمشروع. يعرض النظام صور محدثة عن المشاريع وصور وتفاصيل التفتيش الفني للمشاريع والتطور التدريجي لإنجاز العمل لهذه المشاريع.
